I routinely assist clients with obtaining and licensing patent, trademark, and copyright rights, and litigating these rights in federal and state court. Beyond these traditional IP practices, I guide clients on emerging issues in ownership and licensing of data, social media rights, cloud computing, information technology agreements, e-commerce matters, and many more.

Prior to attending law school, I was a structural engineer for URS Corporation, an international engineering company with more than 130 offices worldwide. During this time, I gained extensive experience in the analysis and design of complex structural systems, using structural dynamics, finite element modeling, and linear, non-linear, seismic, and wind analysis techniques.
