Welcome to the LatinTech Accelerator, a groundbreaking program presented by Tampa Bay Wave in partnership with the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber of Commerce, championed by U.S. Representative Kathy Castor and powered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

At the heart of our mission, the LatinTech Accelerator is crafted for technology startups at the Pre-Seed to Series A stage, where Latino or Latina founders hold at least a 50% stake in ownership, control, and daily operations. This reflects our commitment to addressing the pronounced underrepresentation of Latino entrepreneurs in the tech sector.

Your journey begins over an immersive four-month period. Participants will delve into two enriching weeks on-site in Tampa, Florida, an epicenter of Latino business dynamism. An additional two weeks of virtual interaction promise expansive accessibility, ensuring participants forge deep connections within the Tampa Bay ecosystem.

In a collaborative spirit, with the robust backing of the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber of Commerce and the fervent advocacy of figures like U.S. Representative Kathy Castor, our mission remains clear: to kindle innovation, strengthen collaboration, and elevate the accomplishments of Latino tech pioneers, shaping the future of the industry.

Tampa Bay Wave is a non-profit, non-equity, community-fueled accelerator launched over 10 years ago and recently named the #1 Accelerator in Florida. With world-class accelerator programs built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, Tampa Bay Wave provides early-stage, well vetted startups from Tampa Bay and around the world with educational programming, critical connections, and peer support at NO COST.

Being accepted and going through the Tampa Bay Wave accelerator program was a milestone for Eskuad. Not only did it provide a seal of approval for potential investors, but connected us with mentors who helped us better understand the market and build the company with a much larger vision in mind.
