Shane Needham

Shane has a knack for using creative ideas and technology to help businesses communicate with their customers and their community. With nearly two decades in the advertising and marketing industry, Shane has worked on brands that range from Publix and The Home Depot to Adventist Health and The Tampa Bay Lightning.

Over the past ten years, Shane has led the production team at 22squared. Client-facing and results-driven, Shane has produced work across all mediums and has helped grow a team of talented producers to be both nimble and thoughtful in their execution of creative work.

Shane’s has a formal background in production, technology and brand storytelling. He believes that connection and cultivation is the best way to convert people to customers and customers to advocates.

Shane is a native Floridian, attended St. Petersburg College and has been a part of the Tampa Bay entrepreneurial community since 2010. His team, BumperCrop took second place nationally on the StartupBus in 2012, conducted the bus in 2015 and is very proud of Mobilize, a student advertising “hackathon” competition he founded and led for five years while at 22squared.
