Nick is a member of the Corporate & Tax Group at Hill Ward Henderson in Tampa. His practice focuses on venture capital and other private investment transactions, along with lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advice. He primarily works with companies, investors, and lenders in all phases of a company’s life cycle to help prepare for, structure, and negotiate investment and loan transactions. He also regularly advises companies on business formation, contract negotiations, and other general corporate and business law matters. Nick is active with the Florida Venture Forum and is devoted to helping grow the tech startup and venture community in Tampa Bay.
