Madeline Dent started her career as an engineer and broadened her expertise to general management with an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Her experiences include 14 years of management in both large and small companies in a variety of industries including electronics and equipment manufacturing. Madeline retired from Intel Corporation as a Senior Technical Marketing Manager responsible for technical support of Intel branded (non-OEM) products and was involved in the integration of multiple acquisitions. Prior to that, she was Vice President and General Manager of F. T. Crowe & Company, a crane manufacturer in Kent, WA, where she was responsible for everything from competitive analyses and business strategy to sales and marketing to engineering design and manufacturing.
