Kelly Kavanaugh currently serves as BizOps Chief Financial Officer in the Tampa, Florida Office primarily serving the nonprofit industry sector.

Prior to joining CliftonLarsonAllen, she served as Chief Financial Officer for the Tampa Bay Partnership and the Tampa Bay Partnership Research & Education Foundation. In this role, she directed the financial affairs of the organization including financial plans, accounting policies, and financial reporting. Additionally, Ms. Kavanaugh was responsible for oversight of investor development, strategic planning, human resource functions as well as the organization’s office and technology systems. Ms. Kavanaugh played a critical role in the recent organizational restructuring and transformation from an economic development agency to a public policy, advocacy and lobbying group.

Prior to the Partnership, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration for Visit Tampa Bay. She simultaneously held the same role with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, Inc. Previously, she was CFO and equity owner of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services, a rehab agency serving Pasco County, and Specialized Infusion Care, Inc., a hospital based outpatient infusion. Her nonprofit industry experience exceeds 15 years serving in a CFO role. Ms. Kavanaugh has additional experience in the professional services industry having served as Assistant Controller for Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP and has served as CFO/equity owner for two privately held healthcare agencies.
