At Hyde Park Capital, Greg provides strategic financial advisory services to middle market companies. In this role, he works directly with management teams as they formulate, prepare and execute on their M&A and capital raising strategies. Expertise includes pre-transaction advisory, analytical support (e.g., financial modeling, structuring, operational analytics), deal execution and negotiation. Industry experience includes Software / Tech-Enabled Services, Transportation & Logistics, Industrial and Energy.

Prior to Hyde Park Capital, Greg worked at EDF Trading in Houston where he had a broad mandate to source and execute transactions that were complementary to EDFT’s trading, distribution and services businesses. These transactions included M&A opportunities, joint ventures, minority investments, asset-based lending and commodity distribution transactions.

Greg began his career at Morgan Stanley in its Fixed Income Trading division and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
