For nearly a decade, Candice has been supporting early and growth stage entrepreneurs with experience working for startups, growth stage companies, accelerators, and investment funds.

As an early team member at Village Capital, Candice sourced, trained, and invested in early stage companies participating in VilCap accelerator programs. She managed all deal flow for more than 10,000 companies, developed program content, hired and trained twenty associates and analysts, and sourced investors and corporate sponsors. At Endeavor, she aided in opening their second US-based office in Louisville, KY where she developed a mentor network of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 CEOs, Executives, and Founders to support growth stage company founders who also received access to Endeavor’s talent, networks, and capital. Most recently, Candice worked for a family office impact investment fund, Radicle Capital, where she managed and deployed capital across multiple assets classes and supported a portfolio of twenty early to growth stage startups.

Candice attended the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey Bay, CA where she studied Impact Investing and Social Entrepreneurship Management. Additionally, she has two degrees in Biology and Communication with an emphasis in Corporate Marketing and Advertising from the University of Louisville.
