For more than a decade, Tampa Bay Wave has helped early-stage tech companies launch, grow, and thrive without giving up equity. We’re a nonprofit accelerator working to strengthen the region’s innovative economy and support founders at every stage. Through our CORE ELP (hyperlink to page) programming, industry vertical-focused accelerators, and community events, we connect startups with mentors, investors, and partners who can help them scale. Our mission is to create opportunity and long-term impact by backing high-growth companies, all while keeping equity in the hands of the founders. Our model is supported by both public and private partnerships, and we’re proud to be the only Florida member of Morrow, formerly the Global Accelerator Network. We welcome diverse founders from across the country and beyond, working in areas like fintech, healthtech, bluetech, and cybertech. Since 2013, we’ve supported 618 startups that have raised over $1.3  billion and created more than 6,600 jobs.
