Dee is the Director of Development at Tampa Bay Wave. She joined the Wave team in 2019 and is responsible for Wave’s fundraising plus community partnerships and relationships.

Dee brings her diverse background from client-facing and training strategy roles in banking and financial services at multnational and global corporates as well as her passion for emerging technology to her role. She also brings experience on both nonprofit and for-proft Boards in Tampa, Atlanta and Washington, DC. Dee is a member of USF’s Women in Leadership & Philanthropy, a Heritage Society member of Junior Achievement Tampa Bay and is honored to be a member of Leadership Tampa 2021. She loves serving her home community.

Dee has attained various professional certifications, as well as having an MBA and Bachelor’s in Business from the University of South Florida; she is a proud life-member of the USF Alumni Association and a former Clearwater High Tornado. She enjoys the arts, golf and traveling with her husband, Ralph, who is also deeply committed to serving the Tampa Bay community.
