Tampa Bay Wave is a tax exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Per the IRS, bequests, devises, transfers and gifts to the fund are tax deductible. Tampa Bay Wave is registered with the state under the solicitation of contributions act (registration #ch47020).
